Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I really liked The Lovely Bones.

Do they tax services in all of the EU?

VAT is on goods and services. Some things are exempt (medical, etc.), but you have to agree to a minimum VAT to join the EU. The actual rate can vary from country to country.

Jess, I just checked the Burbank website and it looks like the only nonstops to the NY area are the JetBlue JFK flights.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Our wings are not tired.

The Lovely Bones was my favorite book in the last 10 years (of stuff written in the last 10 years).

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Me too.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I'm not counting any of the books on that list that got under 10 votes. The Stranger? Tess? Even Atlas Shrugged and The Fountainhead-while I may be embarrassed that I read them, I don't regret it.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

You can obtain VAT refunds for anything on which you pay VAT in the UK apart from the following:
* mail order goods, including Internet sales

Dunno what their source was....

Now tagless for your comfort.

Allyson

The DNA store has lots of goodies--my favs are the double helix dog chews and the X and Y chromosome pins.

Uncommon Goods has some dna-ish jewelry.

Nice double helix ring.
