Went hiking today. Which was good until I twisted my left ankle and crashed down. Now have sore ankle, skinned knee and bloodied hand.

Dana, I was just on the phone with Comcast, trying to get a glitch with my dvr fixed (it won't let me delete an old ep of SYTYCD). The guy couldn't help me there, but he did offer me $30 off my cable tv bill for the next six months, so I ended up pretty happy with the conversation.
