Why is it, with this one team, I always have at least one bizarro typo or grammatical freaky in every email I send? It never fails.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I'm a little skeptical as to how he hasn't found an attorney. If it's really as straightforward as he claims, I can't imagine that someone wouldn't take the case. It's also curious that there is no press on this. I thought that the only way that a copyright could be invalidated was if it was found that another item had been copyrighted earlier.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I'm a little skeptical as to how he hasn't found an attorney.

He says he has a "great lawyer."

I thought that the only way that a copyright could be invalidated was if it was found that another item had been copyrighted earlier.

I'm not sure what the case being made is, exactly:

He argues that my original Artisanal Firebowls are not properly classified as sculptural artwork, despite the fact that Wittrig sells his copies at art fairs, describes himself publicly as an artist, and even uses the word art in the name of his business.

Is Wittrig saying that the Artisanal Firebowls are NOT art, but his are, so he's just...making art inspired by some non-art? Or that neither one is art so copyright isn't an issue? I don't know how copyright works.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

You know what, fuck it. I'm not getting a permit for my moving truck. The city says I need a bond from the movers and numbers off the meters in the form AB123. The movers tell me they don't have a bond, and the management company tells me the meters are AA11 and AA22 (not really). If no one can even give me the information I'd need to ask a friend to do me the favor of getting the fucking permit, then fuck it.

I may be a little tired and cranky. I'd better go home now...

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Something is chirping/beeping in the house...probably a smoke alarm.

Oh honey, the mentally unwell people have been in the fanbase since Game Changers was Stucky fanfiction on the internet. The calls have been coming from inside the house the whole time!

Jesse, if a cop stops while the truck is unloading and gives the movers any trouble, just point toward a crowd and yell "Look, a Yankees fan!"

I did not get ethiopian food for dinner as planned. I am hoping that mac will be ok with either easy to make food or chinese take-out.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Did something happen to Quiznos? I passed two that were closed with For Lease signs in their windows today.

Local diner for dinner.

I need new loafers, but maybe that can wait for next year.
