Oh honey, the mentally unwell people have been in the fanbase since Game Changers was Stucky fanfiction on the internet. The calls have been coming from inside the house the whole time!

Happy Birthday, Brenda!

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

UK time changed

And my parents called me from outside my flat at 1pm saying "It's 2pm. You said you'd be at home by 2." Not the first time they've forgotten to change the clocks, by any means.

Happy birthday, Brenda!

Speaking of birthdays, my niece is having her first birthday in a few weeks. I would love gift suggestions.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

That is very dangerous knowledge for me to have. We must not tell Pete I have this knowledge.

Can you order some clandestinely and pretend the Cupcake Fairy or a Gothic Charm School fan sent them? Not that I'm enabling or anything...

I was accused of trying to kill people with too much chocolate.

Well, for the last two thirty years I've been buiding up a tolerance to iocaine powder dark chocolate...

Happy birthday, Brenda!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Hey smonster, you need to close your strikethrough tag...

I always like to give books. And I always mean to give a savings bond, but haven't yet managed it. When I graduated from college, I cashed in bonds that people had given me as a baby, and it was real money! I mean, compared to the $10-$25 the gift-giver had spent.

It poured rain and blew a gale last night, but we a rewarded witha sunny and warm day today. I just went for a walk in shirtsleeves!

ION, my cats are not fans of cars with bass-heavy stereos. They both just ran to me on the step while a very loud car was waiting for a light on the corner. Did I mention I am outside?

I hung the screen on the deck. I pulled the ac from the window (but can't box it up because it needs to dry out some.) I'd love to take a walk, but my foot is really angry at me, which is a shame, because it is gorgeous. I'll just swim more.

Tempting, but I won't need to resort to that today. For lo, Pete is going to fetch coffee from the Really Good Bakery, and is bringing back chocolate croissants.

ION, I just got email from a gothic lolita clothing designer I admire who wants to trade me a skirt for a signed copy of the GCS book. I like this idea!

I had to talk myself out of buying a cupcake carrier that holds 36 cupcakes while I was out. I already have a cake carrier that holds a dozen cupcakes, and I use it maybe once a year.
