"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I'm miffed Snacky's Law didn't make the list!

Snacky's Law wasn't even on Wikipedia the last time I checked. Talk about miffed.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I need to figure out where to get my kids vaccinated. I should go look up free vaccination clinics in LA.

ION, I just said bye to DH. He's leaving for 5 days. I am sad.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Thanks, TB. Problem is that my version skips around, without even rhyming. "Similar features but longer hair...but if that's what it takes...paint's still wet in your do it by number dream..." It just won't cohere.

What costume, bon? Spock?

So did you put it in?

I have to work this weekend. As a billable contractor I'm miffed I'm going to working at home for free. I guess I could have stayed longer at the office or go in crazy early Monday, but it's just going to be easier this way. The pace keeps picking up. Present requirements Monday? I have to rework the document and I spent all day acclimating the new guy and creating information I couldn't get the relevant teams to give me.

So over the weekend I need to push the use cases into the back of the document, and while establishing tracebility map those into business and technical requirements all the while separating the requirements for the product for the RFP (done by end of next week) from the requirements for the final application (developers will need object models and wireframes with logic soon). And give a boot camp on Content Management technology and choices.

It's only been two weeks. Schedule is mad aggressive. Last time I picked a product it took like a year. This time, we're talking going live in a few months, RFP and all. Curse management requirements. But they're admittedly understandably inflexible.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

What costume, bon? Spock?

I whitefonted it! It's Little Edie Beale, which I'm betting you're not familiar with, but it's from one of my favorite movies.

So pleased to hear you focused on work!

ION, worlds collide: I keep seeing erinaceous's Tetris dress everywhere because this boy I had a mad crush on in college put it on buzzfeed.

Yet another Edie foreign to me. What's with you people. Is bob bob going to be Big Edie? I mean, doesn't there need to be two of you?

Thanks Kat. Looks like there are clinics in Venice both tomorrow and Sunday. That's helpful. I guess I'll take the kids then.

Wow ita. I don't even understand that, but it doesn't sound like a fun way to spend the weekend.

ita, do you want a youtube that does not skip? Or is this an earworm or something, and other versions don't help?

Bob is going as our friend Mike, who hopefully you will meet in the near future. (It's a surprise to him.)

It's an earworm from my drive home. I have iTunes right here. Let me play it and then get back to watching TV. Except iTunes is updating...boring. I should find the damned iPod that caused this problem in the first place.

bon--I pass a Machida UFC huge poster on my way back from work every day. I really hope I feel up to going to see it.

I went to a Halloween party with a guy dressed up as a guy named Mike. It involved bits of a gorilla costume. We don't speak anymore. But I'm sure that had nothing to do with it.
