This is not funny. This... this is a morality tale about the evils of sake.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

note to co-worker: Just because you are going on vacatiuon for a week does not mean I need to get everything cleaned up.

After a rainy morning, it looks like the sun is out. I need to make 3 personal calls this morning. I think I'll wait until 10 to start though.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

What are people doing this weekend?

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

What are people doing this weekend?

Visiting friends of Wallybee's, who had a baby girl about two months before Ryan was born. I'm hoping for daytime soap-worthy reaction shots from Ryan.

Skipping (yes, my computer still refuses to talk to the internet. I've had to actually call people and the like instead of e-mailing them! Where will this madness end?), because I don't know if I'm going to have any computer time tomorrow (what with shabbat and all, and the, um, no computer talking to the internet), and according to the Buffista Calendar, it's going to be a double Buffista event: August 1st is both Shir's birthday, as well as Sheryl and her DH's anniversary.

Early wishes for all!

Also, of course, short Fridays and great weekends!

Hi Nilly! What's new?

Not killing anyone. I hope.

NIlly sighting! How are the wedding plans?

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

What are people doing this weekend?

Biking, gardening, rambling through a nearby botanical garden . . . or possibly nothing at all. It's wonderfully unscheduled.

No homicide~ma to sarameg.

t Looking at watch

(Do I have enough time for at least a quick hello to my beloved Buffistas?)

(Oh, how could I *not*?)

Hey, tommy!

sarameg! Welcome back home! Minimum homicide, please.

Ryan's dad! Um, I mean, billytea!

Wedding plans were put on hold because of the time of year (it's a mourning period for the ruin of the temple, almost 2000 years ago, ending with a big fast which still makes my head hurt even though it ended last night).

On Sunday, however, they'll have to resume in full speed.

I need a dress, and if I don't have my hair done and wear makeup, my roommates won't talk to me, so I have to find somebody to do that, too.

(And, um, is it OK to confess that I couldn't care less? I don't wanna have a wedding! I wanna be married and have a family and all that long-term stuff, but the one-evening-to-rule-them-all interests me only in the sense that I want to make sure that nobody is hurt or offended, as much as possible. Alas, there's no practicing-orthodox-Jewish equivalent to eloping to Vegas, so there we go.)

Forget me, though - how are YOU guys?
