I'm sorry. You were going to ask me to choose, right? Did you want to finish?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Are you still on the CM bandwagon, Perkins, or is it all getting too much for you?

When my father came to visit me I had just started filling my days with Bones and SVU, and Criminal Minds was picking up in A&E reruns. I know I had him worried on other fronts, but there would be days with 8 or so hours of gore and depravity to choose from, and I was bored stiff so I kept looking. He never said anything about it, though.

I just read that the character played by Wentworth Miller is coming back to L&O:SVU. I started watching it in real time for that actor, and I'm glad of the return.

And I have my father's knees and my maternal grandfather's knees were shot by wrestling. At least I neither wrestle nor run. But it is pissy when I gank my knee doing breast stroke. Or when hormones make my joints wonky (hey double THANKS evolution) and the knees collapse on the stairs.

Nature: proof against intel design.

Well, the cramping is necessary to shed the uterine lining

Not in my shoulders it doesn't. I know, I know, it's a chem dump, but still. Dumb plan.

Loki sleeps with his tongue hanging out a few millimeters. And I can poke it and he doesn't wake up.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Loki sleeps with his tongue hanging out a few millimeters. And I can poke it and he doesn't wake up.

Now that could be an argument for Intelligent Design....

Kittens who can be terribly annoying but are unbearably cute is def an evolutionary win. Like babies.

Kitties are funny.

We went to a tour of a preschool that I like. Very developmental/progressive. Beautiful campus of craftsman homes. It feels like a neighborhood. Kids were running around barefoot and topless and one was dunking her underpants in a puddle. I loved it. K loved it less.

But it's $1400/month and I just... I dunno. That's a lot of money. It might be great for Grace, but I doubt they'd ever take her.
