“Not dead yet!”

Well, I can think of a couple of good Yiddish words with which to describe him at least.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I just realized -- several years ago, after the sextuplets were born, when their first special was on TV, Kate showed the cameras what the skin on her abdomen now looked like -- basically, skin just really isn't elastic enough to get back to normal after carrying six babies. A woman watching the show was the wife of a plastic surgeon and volunteered him to do a tummy tuck on Kate for free. Jon's girlfriend is the college-age daughter of that couple.

I think not initially, flea, but considering how much they love it on Entourage, a case could be made. God, I hope I don't sound like Jon Gosselin talking about The Jews. Because some of the funniest comics and smartest writers are Jewish, and I think that is very cool, but I hope I never made anyone squirm as much by talking about it...he sounds like a schlemiel And I hope I do not.

Oh please, erika. You're talking to us and we know you, whereas shitweasel Jon is talking to major media outlets, his words spilling out to millions who don't know him and frankly, don't really want to.

Big, huge, dif.

Besides, you're talking about a television show he's talking about his life.

::stops and thinks about last statement::

Okay, well you're talking about a good television show.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

My parents and grandparents are divorced and I want to break the pattern.

OK, I don't follow the news about this guy but, that's not a pattern that he's gonna break, is it? Not by having a girlfriend, however great she and her family and co-religionists may be.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I had no love of or need for cross-stitch before, and now I'm dying for want of this. Sigh.

It would give you something to do in your spare time for the rest of your life.

And like the Jews have not had to withstand enough in this life?

ETA: Ok, cool. Because there is a fine line between admiring somebody's traditions, like thinking it's cool if you're smart, or self-deprecating humor, for instance, and sticking yourself in the big fat middle of something that isn't yours and that you don't understand. I would not want to do that, as much as I do think Yiddish is funny. I'm sure this is one time of being Chosen they could pass up.
