Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

There were noticeably fewer people on my subways this morning -- made me realize how much of my commute is waiting for people to get on and off the train.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

We have Columbus Day off. Apparently my office's generous holiday schedule (including, let's not forget, the National Day of Prayer) makes spouses/spousal equivalents sick with envy.

However, *I* am working at home today, because my regular day to work at home is always Fridays, but this past Friday I was blindsided by the start of what turned out to be a 3-day, stay-in-bed-and-cry migraine.

So the migraine is finally gone today, and I have to get the work done today that I should have done Friday. But I'm on the couch, wearing inside pants, so I call it a win.

Our wings are not tired.

Tep, sorry about the migraine. But, I've been meaning to tell you something for a while, and here goes. It makes me very happy to see how well the living situation for you and The Boy has worked out. I remember all of the anxiety around moving in, and the pets, the clutter, etc, and look at you now! You love those animals as your own, and you've worked through so much stuff with The Boy. Just wanted to comment.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Cute photo of Pres. Obama and his niece in the White House. As some of those commenters say, I might have issues with his slowness in getting some things done (DADT, for one), but seeing him with children just makes me smile.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

As gross as bra shopping was yesterday, the new bra I am wearing today really does do nice things to my boobs.

Perkins, what kind is it?

I think Wacoal, but it could be a Fantasie.

I, OTOH, am accidentally wearing the bra with the underwire sticking out that I still haven't fixed. Good thing I haven't packed the needle and thread!

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Bras are one thing I've gotten spoiled on, but I have relatively few of them. Le Mystere and Natori are my faves to date.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.
