Right, there comes a point where you have to either move on, or just buy yourself a Klingon costume and go with it.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Well, I HAVE fucked George Costanza, so.....

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

According to Naomi Klein this was spin, and the nomination of Hitler was serious. Does not mean she is right.

Dated him at BU when I was in grad school and he was an acting student. Wanted to marry me, he did.

Oh hey, speaking of famous people, did I tell you people I almost walked through Wall Street II the other night? I saw Oliver Stone, but no actors.

Reallly...

My hometown is all up in arms because movie shooting is shutting down highway 70 for large parts of the day for the next couple weeks. I'm really surprised they authorized it since there are few other ways to head east, and a HUGE commuter population to the missile range that are shift workers. Such a clusterfuck. LC will now hate Robert Downey, Jr.

So the Y security guard at the pool walked me home, sorta. It was twilight when I left and I cut across the field as usual. He walked with me to the end of the parking lot, chatting about this indian summer day, up the short hill to the field and then watched until I got to the road. I'm actually not uncomfortable walking across there, though when it is truly dark, I'll stick to the road and the streetlights, unless I ask him or someone is out running their dogs up there.) But it is all warm fuzzy he'd do that (and for the record, grandfatherly type.)

“Not dead yet!”

You definitely found the motherload of all nifty hoods, sara. I hope we find something that's as comfy for us when we move.

I'm still rather stunned at how well this fits. I mean, this was the listing without pictures, a whim to look at. And then, it was the second place we saw and I fell a little in love with the house and everyone was out walking with dogs and kids and the next door neighbor had bikes (my dad bikes) and that was a good sign in my head and....

I had no idea I'd love it this much. It suits me. The new me.
