Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.
Allyson, maybe you can take over some of my worrying about other things. What if I really hate the electric stove? What if no one hires me? How much will my utilities really cost? Is my cat going to freak out in the car for five hours? Etc.
So much work to do...so distracted by everything else...

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."
I know I was all smug about my dinner last night, but I have to also mention Monday's dinner, which also just served as my lunch. I took a recipe for smoky turkey shepherd's pie and used beef instead. Onion, mushroom, pepper, beef, turkey bacon, peas, beef broth, sour cream, paprika, and cumin. Topped off with potatoes mixed with butter and more sour cream, with paprika sprinkled on top.
OMG, it came out damn tasty.
