I've heard of it happening--of massages releasing toxins and making you feel ill, but it's never happened to me before.
I've heard you should drink water after a massage because of these toxins, but I've never heard of massage making you ill. Are you feeling better now?
That's awful, Sue! I had no idea that could happen.
The last time I had a massage by the same masseuse, I was so blissed out I had difficultly remembering my own name, so I guess it balances out.
She said I may feel exhausted tomorrow, but by tomorrow evening I should feel great.
Yeah, I had a epsom salt bath when I got home. That helped a lot.
Feeling bad after a message seems like a special hell.
Hm. What should Kristen and I have for dinner?
Suggestions?
DH is out of town so I have a fridge full of prepared food. Tonight I'm heating up some mac & cheese.
One Nation Under God - a lovely painting of Jesus Christ personally delivering the new Constitution to the US, as the Founding Fathers and other Godly Americans look on. Meanwhile, liberals and scientists cover their faces or else look away.
I have a ridiculous amount of both mac and cheese and hot dogs in the house from a CostCo trip a while back. I think I need to cook up some of both and bring them in to work for lunch. There's no way I'm emptying my freezer before I move, at the rate I'm going.
Skipping because I can't find Loki anywhere. He could have slipped out when I went to the pool, but I didn't see him but he's fast and DAMNIOT LOKI>
