Spike: Heard what happened up top, offing your dad and all. Don't know if you know this, but, uh…I killed my mum. Actually, I'd already killed her, and then she tried to shag me, so I had to-- Wesley: Thank you. I'm…very comforted.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I overslept by half an hour this morning (cold weather + warm jammies = zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz) and STILL managed to beat everyone else in my office to work. And it's free bagel day. So far today beats yesterday by a billion.

Yay ita! What great news to wake up to!

I've got my Holiday Shipping Coordinator interview at 2 PM today, so a small amount of temporary-job-ma would be welcomed here. Also would like this sinus headache to go away, while you're at it.

My house felt cold this morning.

I turned on my heat last night! Could have survived without, but it's better to try out the furnace NOW instead of waiting for a 0F weekend night.

I like a warm house, even in summer. keep it at 77/78. last night when I went to bed it was at 68 and it probably got colder than that. the heat has been turned on in the building, but I think it is set to come on around 5-6am and then again in the day and early evening. It is much harder to keep the place at a temp in the winter than it is during summer with the window units. no insullation in the exterior walls and no control over the radiator cycles.

I'm afraid to turn on my heat. I have to do this bleeding radiator thingamajig.

I wish my office weren't by the mens' bathroom. The smell, uhg.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I think it is set to come on around 5-6am and then again in the day and early evening.

Depending on your city/state laws, your landlord may be able to keep the heat lower overnight. So if your landlord has a programmable thermostat, s/he might take advantage of that.
