Simon: I'm trying to put this as delicately as I can... How do I know you won't kill me in my sleep? Mal: You don't know me, son. So let me explain this to you once: If I ever kill you, you'll be awake, you'll be facing me, and you'll be armed.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

And The Guardian makes note in passing of the possibility that Pooh may have had OCD.

Why, people? WHY?

Well, I was just noting in Bitches that Eeoyore is a classic dysthymic.

ION, yay ita!! You get two exclamation pints for that.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

You get two exclamation pints for that.

That's some emphatic beer.

You know, I think it was a good call to not try an open swim until it was warmer. My friend is really damned cold right now, and she's done these before.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

And it's a position I want at a company I'd like to work for in a location that's cool to commute to.

That's terrific—yay, ita!

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

It's been raining today, but not so much recently. Suddenly without warning there's this incredibly loud BANG that was the beginning of some thunder. Damn that was a surprise.

And two minutes after that (with no more thunder) it begins to rain....

It's like Thor shot his wad all at once.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

We've been having rain since about 4:30 or so. Just had a big clap of thunder.

I'm still at the office, trying to reconstruct how I spent my hours this past month. I hate keeping track of my time, but then I hate the end of the month even more when I have to go back and try and figure out what I did!
