Aren't they something. They're like butterflies, or little pieces of wrapping paper blowing around.

Jon Gosselin Tries to End Kate Plus 8

Days after learning that TLC would continue with a new version of Jon & Kate Plus 8 that didn't include him as a major factor, the estranged husband of Kate Gosselin has demanded through his lawyers that the show cease production immediately or face potential criminal charges.

"Effective immediately, no production crews are to enter Jon's family home for any reason," a letter from his attorney says, according to The Insider. "In the event that anyone enters the marital property, Jon Gosselin will notify the local authorities to effectuate police action against any trespassers."

Jon Gosselin owns the property jointly with his wife. The letter is dated the same day as the TLC announcement that the reality show about the couple and their eight kids would be renamed Kate Plus 8 starting next season.

"Its pretty clear what's going on: Now that Jon isn't going to be on the show, he wants the show to end. All these years he's maintained that the kids aren't harmed by the show, but the minute he's removed from the show, suddenly its bad for his family," a production source tells PEOPLE.

There needs to be a reality show about this reality show. 'Cuz I'd watch that.

Now tagless for your comfort.

And of course he put a stop on their divorce proceedings--asking for a 90 day delay. This slows down the splitting of the property and the custody issues.

Wonder how Jon thinks he's going to support his litter without the show.

He could, you know, get a job. I am sure many large families would be willing to show him AND HER how to live on less than th $800,000+ they pull in.

I despise them both and wish TLC had an ounce of integrity and would shut the show down on their own.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

There needs to be a reality show about this reality show. 'Cuz I'd watch that.

Maybe the whole thing can move to CourtTV.

you know what I would watch? re-enacters doing the story, so NEITHER of them ever get to actually be on tv.

I wish I were just over the Gosselins. Yet I'm still fascinated by the trainwreck.

Plei, I'm saying no to the Shatner Green, but have you seen Sephora's OPI Dark Room. Kinda love it. It's on my toes now AIFG.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Does Sephora sell OPI in the stores, by the way? I'm trying to get my hands on a color I tried out without going back to the salon. (Where they were very nice but did a crap job on the polish so it needs a lot of fixing.)

Trust my rage

I wish I were just over the Gosselins. Yet I'm still fascinated by the trainwreck.

I'm totally in this corner. I try not to be interested in them, but I can't look away.
