Could just be a hoax, though. I fake some headaches, everyone gets used to poor helpless Spike. Then one day, no warning, I snap a spine, bend a head back, drain 'em dry. Brilliant.

Oh, msbelle, I hope she finds it.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Nope, she didn't. Just called. says the way she remembers it was that I was nervous leaving it because it was my only copy and she told me to keep it and she would double check. I will be happy to be wrong on this, but if I am right, I WILL raise holy hell with her, and the firm she works for. I am getting her for cheap and she is a disorganized mess, but SERIOUSLY!

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Keeping my fingers crossed for the reappearance of the birth cert., msbelle!

Can I request any don't-get-sick~ma from y'all? I woke up this morning exhausted, came in really cranky (as in, every little thing pissed me off this morning, from the mailroom guy delivering a few packages to the average noise in the room), and now I have a tickle in my throat that's not going away and I'm starting to feel a bit warm, like I did last Friday night when I had a low-grade fever.

I do NOT have time to get sick this week! The first day of the month is one of the busiest for me!

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Ha, a friend just sent a mass e-mail announcing that she was on Twitter, and my mom forwarded it to me, saying she didn't know what it was. Oh, moms. I told her not worry about it.

The quake in Peru was relatively small; USGS is (currently) reporting magnitude 5.9: [link]

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Women have sex because we like orgasms with people we find attractive.

This would be the best AHA! moment ever, if it were actually an AHA! moment.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Okay, CBC is reporting there's now been an earthquake in Peru. Somethng is going crazy along the fault lines.

Unfortunately, there's evidence suggesting that one earthquake can weaken distant fault lines, making it easier for other earthquakes to occur. [link]

Fortunately, small quakes bleed off pressure that can lead to larger quakes. Utah has near continuous small tremors, which is a blessing because a big one will send the entire Salt Lake Metropolitan area to the bottom of a liquifaction pool the size of prehistoric Lake Bonneville.

And I don't think I'll have Net access there.

I wonder how many Jesus birthers think He's a secret Muslim?

I wonder how many know he's an actual JEW??
