Wow, way late to the party but finally saw the season finale and with this season I am all about Kyle/Cal. That was one hell of a character arc and I loved that, despite his protestations to the opposite, he got a happy ending. Allergies and all that.

Also, anyone suspect that Ward will track down Cal and undo something? I guess if it keeps Cal in the show I'm down for it, but despite being (infinitely) more interesting as a bad guy, I'd still like to see Ward's head on a pike, or the equivalent.
