Just finished watching it.

I feel even more sorry for Cal now. He had such hopes, and Skye's Mom is not a nice woman at all.

Agreed on both counts. I love Crazy Dad, and I don't trust Jiaying at all.

I hope the Tale of Two SHIELDS gets resolved soon, I do not enjoy these "Can I trust her? What is his play? Who really is on my side?" games.

That was a whole lot of plans not working out. Too many plans for me to be able to keep track of them all.

Funny, I am with y'all that Jaiying is up to something and it's probably not good, but I'm pretty sure Gordon is totally trustworthy.

Be okay, Mike Petersen! Also zappy-guy, I guess, but mostly Mike. No making him compliant.

I read some article recently suggesting that superheroes are the new Westerns, which was interesting to me. But they are also a lot of the cop shows, I think.

Hm, I can see that. Both of those, although it's not like the non-superhero cop shows are disappearing. Of course, a lot of Westerns have been about sheriffs, and feature extraordinary shots or quickdraws or whatever, so maybe they are all three aspects of the same thing.

I'm trying to remember who went where: Mike and Lincoln got grabbed by Hydra, Gordon showed up for Skye and I think Cal jumped into that transport. And Phil hung out until SHIELD2 showed up. Is that right?

That's what I remember, yeah.

What I didn't remember is when did Lincoln find out that Jiaying is Skye's mother? I don't remember anyone telling him, and 2 episodes ago, didn't Jiaying specifically say that she didn't want people to know, because she wanted to avoid the appearance of favoritism?

He was serving them at dinner, I think? He was there for some reason, because seeing them all at the table is what made him think Raina is clairvoyant.

I remember him being at the dinner, or at least escorting Skye there and seeing the bouquet of daisies, etc., but I still don't remember him finding out that Skye is Jiaying's daughter.
