I am trying to remember what we know about Skye's origin - it's not very much is it? Am I right in thinking that SHIELD showed up and took her away after the whole village was dead? I forget what happened after that, the agents also got killed, right?

While I definitely think there's more going on in Afterlife than Skye is being told, I don't get the impression her parents are lying to her. Skye's mother had the same deliberate delivery in the flashbacks to young Gordon and his change.

We’re saying “probably” because everyone is still “finalizing deals” and “in talks,” so it’s not officially official yet, but it might as well be.
