Yes, it's terribly simple. The good guys are always stalwart and true, the bad guys are easily distinguished by their pointy horns or black hats, and, uh, we always defeat them and save the day. No one ever dies, and everybody lives happily ever after.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

The one bit that seemed awkwardly-done was Dooley locking up Peggy and Jarvis and then leaving; why were they loose in that room anyway if they were in custody?

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I did enjoy the whole bit with the table and the mirror and then "We're still attached to a table." That was cute.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

That's the action version of "Shouldn't we be doing something constructive?" "What did you have in mind? A short, blunt human pyramid?"

when i die, please bake my ashes into a brick and use me to hit fascists.

Peggy's remarks about flying glass and flying bullets were great in that scene, too! They are really kind of adorable together. (in a non-snippy way.)

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I found myself kind of hoping that Sousa was a double agent just because I think that would be fun to see Enver play. Good fight scene without that, though.

Very much enjoyed the parallel construction in the hypothetical people behind the mirror discussion.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

I echo the sadness at the Chief's demise. And I immediately thought, "I bet that's what happened at Finow", when the doc and Dottie were walking away from the theater.

That was a lot of episode!

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Brrrr! What happened at the movie theater reminded me of that way disturbing Sandman story at the diner. Again, I say Brrrr!

Howard Stark always strikes me as short even as he appears the same height as other characters. Why is that?

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

No idea why, but me too.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Maybe because he is not as thin as the other actors?
