Did you notice that May and May-be Not wore the dress slightly differently?
I did notice that Agent 33 didn't fill it out the same, and that changed after the face-mask effect (when the actresses switched). Seems like they could have made another version of the dress that fit the same as it did on Ming Na.

Old School TV Mission Impossible tech updated. They had a suitcase thingie that would create a mask that changed a face completely that they would dramatically rip off. I think the voice thing was just because MI agents are just that cool.
