I tell you I have this theory. It goes where, you're the one who's not my sister. Cuz mom adopted you from a shoe box full of baby howler monkeys, and never told you cuz it could hurt your delicate baby feelings.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Finally caught up again ahead of seeing CA:WS tomorrow.

Ward continues to be the worst agent ever between the terrible sniper position many moons ago, to not shooting Lorelei when he had the chance to shooting the fake Clairvoyant.

I agree that the sending men into try to take Lorelei down was really stupid. Though I think during the raid on the Vegas hotel room, Coulson was the only man present. At least he was the only man with the speaking part. The rest of the SWAT-ie people seemed to be women.

I think Odin in the comics has done far worse things than simply taking away someone's voice and locking them in a cell for 600 years. (Not to say that isn't cruel.) I do find it interesting that Odin wanted her alive considering (Thor 2 spoiler) Loki was pretending to be Odin at the end of the movie.

I agree that May is likely reporting directly to Fury (or at least to his voicemail.)

ETA: I'm also not ready to call Hand the Clairvoyant yet, based on the previews from next week. She may actually think Coulson or one of his team is. (Though I agree her orders to take out everyone on the plane paints her as pretty villainous.)

"We have trust issues." Mylar

I was disappointed that things seem to be heading towards Hand as the Clairvoyant. It just feels way too obvious. I'm hoping that's some kind of misdirect.

I cannot with the Skye/Ward. None of it feels earned even a little. Each of them has more chemistry with almost every other agent on the team than they have with each other. That's unfortunate.

And yet, I really liked the episode. It was twisty and tight and fun. Still loving the FitzSimmons and I thought sure I'd be tired of them by now. And poor, poor Gunn. I feel far more for him than I do for some of our heroes, and that's not just carry over love from Angel.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I think Garret is the clairvoyant. Just because they set him up with so much backstory.

My hope is that if Garrett is the Clairvoyant, Ward is his lackey. If only to spare us from the Ward/Skye romance they seem to be pushing toward.

Alas, I'm pretty sure that the guy who looks like a Disney prince is not going to turn out to be a villainous sleeper agent on an ABC show.

I was about to say, but it's Joss. And then I thought about those last two words. *sigh*

It's like I was watching an old episode of Miss Marple, and Tom Hiddleston was one of the guest stars, and I thought - nice to see him not being evil. And then, he was the killer. Which is not a spoiler, since the episode was from 2011.

I am suddenly really interested to see what happens in tomorrow's episode...

I just really hope May is working for somebody legitimate. I'd be highly miffed if we lose her.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

I'm a bit tired of Skye being the special snowflake - last week when they made her an official SHIELD agent and everyone seemed so thrilled ... what's up with that? It's like she's everyone's baby sister/favorite daughter or something.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

what's up with that? It's like she's everyone's baby sister/favorite daughter or something.

Isn't that one of the defining traits of the Mary Sue?
