What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

That's possible. The Chitauri are Ultimate Skrulls, and the Kree are the other major alien race.

My take was that it still stands for what they said. Except it's not a guest house for the people getting medical treatment -- it's a guest house for the half-an-ialien.

Ah, yeah.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

When the new to us SHIELD agent suggested that "Deathlock" sounded like an 80s wrestler, I admit I Googled to see if that was the origin story of some little-known Marvel hero or villain. Sadly, if it was, it was little-known enough to not make the Marvel wiki.

Anyway, I enjoyed last night's episode.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

I don't recall if we saw any of the Chitari outside of their armor, so I guess it could be. On the other hand, it would be cool if they start branching out into the greater Marvel universe.

Though if the rumors of a Captain Marvel movie featuring Carol Danvers are true, maybe the thing in the pod is all that's left of Mar'vell in this universe. (Since I agree that it kind of looks like a Kree.) Though I would imagine there would be a huge amount of fan outrage if that was the case.

Though who do the rights to the Kree belong to? I know the Skrull belong to Fox, which is why we had the Chitari in the Avengers in the first place.

Calli, it's spelled "Deathlok". Which is what was stamped on Michael Peterson's cyber leg.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Okay, this is spoilery for Guardians of the Galaxy, but not an enormous spoiler (I don't think): I'm pretty sure there are Kree in GotG, so it would make sense that the half-alien in a tube would be a Kree, if Marvel is trying to tie together the TV show and the movies.

Steph, I think I'd heard that too, but I wasn't sure so I didn't say it. That would definitely make sense.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

The other speculation I heard was that the alien dude was Atlantean, although Kree is more likely.

BTW, I really liked Agent Triplett, who had the effect of making Simmons appear interesting, so I hope he sticks around. Preferably by replacing Ward in the cast.

Kree is much more likely. Does Marvel have the rights to Namor? Where's that chart?

Nope.
