Because Coulson's tired of secrets. I can't help thinking that asking a man who doubts his memory to take your word on anything is problematic. Because how can you be sure of anything? Especially with a group like SHIELD?

Indeed. And just because May doesn't think he's changed ... doesn't mean he hasn't changed. Or that SHIELD may not be doing other nefarious things. That institution is seriously sketchy!
I watched both post-break episodes last night and found the latest ep more entertaining that most -- the SHIELD Academy was a fun concept -- but that Bucky Barnes name-dropping fell with a clunk like a size 13 lead shoe.
I was going "Why would Bucky be listed on the SciTech Academy wall? Oh, well, something to be explained later."
edit: I loved the dueling academy thing. I'd like to see the conflicts between Academy-trained and "he/she followed me home after I decided not to kill him/her, can we keep him/her?" people (a la Black Widow).
I thought it was a general memorial wall for SHIELD, not just Sci-Tech, though if that was the case, I would imagine the wall should have been bigger.
Yeah, the Ops board should have been huge. I thought they said the boards were department specific.
But yeah, Agent Avery was listed there. Huh.
I thought this episode was much more like it. It moved fast, brought a little funny and had some interesting character development. I want to go to all the SHIELD academies now to see what they are like. And I didn't even mind Skye with Ward now that they've backed off on the romance angle.
Quinn is a much more engaging nemesis than flower dress girl, but damn, that Clairvoyant gets around!
Was Quinn the same guy from the time Skye infiltrated that house in Monaco?
Donnie is an Iron Man villain! Called Blizzard, of course.
Hey, remember when the Rising Tide was at all relevant?
I was really sleepy but I liked the episode. I continue to enjoy Skye: "That's not a SHIELD term. It's a just a term."
Was Quinn the same guy from the time Skye infiltrated that house in Monaco?
Yeah, although I didn't remember until the end, mostly because he reminds me of Tamoh Penikett and I kept having to remember that it wasn't him.
