Reavers ain't men. Or they forgot how to be. Now they're just nothing. They got out to the edge of the galaxy, to that place of nothing, and that's what they became.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I think we have a crack male agent who shot a gun from above. Affinity for high places is a bit strong for "best angle was the mezzanine."

Three tech geniuses muddies the waters a little bit too.

brillig

re: the tech geniuses--I wish we'd be able to get a guest shot of Stark strolling in to accept adulation and competitiveness from the Science Babies and to plant bugs all over the place--which Coulson will stroll along after removing.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

"...and then Legolas and the Hulk destroy the entire Greek army." - Penny Arcade

When they're up on the balcony/mezzanine, before Shotgun Guy attacks.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I thought she was saying "gun" as in "that guy has a gun."

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Huh, maybe Joss was punny there? Because "he's got a gun!" was how I read that scene.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I thought she was saying "gun" as in "that guy has a gun."

That's how I saw it.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

She was. But I also think that it was a shout out from Joss.

Art Crawl!!!

I'm also behind with my cable bill and finally watched the show on my phone last night. Loved it. I have purchased the season on itunes and even on my tiny screen and with the delay I am looking forward to it.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

So, apparently, post-credits sequences will be A Thing on S.H.I.E.L.D., just like the movies.
