Oh, I wish those council guys would let me have an hour alone in the room with her, if I was larger and had grenades.

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

Was it? I do need to rewatch it.

Yep. Echo says they have Alpha to thank for Haven.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Ah! Interesting. At the time, we would have assumed that, like, he killed everyone there, so good for them.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

I thought the abrupt end was an attempt to recreate the end to Dr. Horrible's Singalong Blog. I have a vague memory that ended abruptly mid-note.

It did, but very intentionally, as it went from the song to a mournful last word. This felt like it was just cut off by accident, with no deliberate punch at the end.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Paul in Ballard is definitely the haunting part of haughtingly.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Surely I interrupt something here

I need a hug. And a rewatch. And the only bad thing I can say about this ep is that besides non-American-Idol-of-few-years-back-reality-shows, there were never 2 characters I was least interested in than Echo and Ballard. And I didn't understand what happened at the very end, but I'll keep that to the rewatch. Quite a good finale.

And reference I'm sure Seska would understand - if someone had a drinking game to the implication of Simmel's prostitute-interaction, he/she were to be end up in a hospital with alcohol poisoning. And that was a shout-out for the "sociology at Berkeley".

God, so much interpretation needs to be done to give that show what it deserves. Though I felt like I didn't get some of the things I'm looking for in a TV show from it, it elevates by this aspect alone.

Uh, and that hug? Wouldn't mind it to be Enver's. Well, at least the bed is well equipped with a huggable dog, starving for attention.

(It's late and I'm tired, apologizes for typo/grammar)
