Ditto. And Giles' accent is definitely not the same as Anthony Stewart Head's, though both are British.

TV, movies, web media--this thread is the home for any Joss projects that don't already have their own threads, such as Dr. Horrible.
Heh. This was posted last night in one of the local Israeli TV forums, titled So This is Why Enver Gjokaj Was Cast to Dollhouse?

Well, yes - but Giles has a perfectly reasonable British accent, even if it's not Head's actual accent.
I recall David Nykl getting asked what sort of gibberish he was spouting on Stargate Atlantis by someone who didn't realize he was actually Czech.

Okay, I give in - who's Jane Lees?
I think he meant Jane Leeves, from Frasier.
She really doesn't sound like Manchester, now that I've spent so much time watching "Life on Mars"(LOVE!) and have a better idea of what that sounds like. She's cute, though.

Correct.
It's so wierd that it goes in and out if it's her natural accent.
Accents can be weird. Two brothers in Isaac's preschool have different accents. Their father is from NZ. Eldest son (who went there when Franny was in the school) has a normal American accent, the younger brother--Isaac's friend--has a distinctly NZ pronunciation at times.
I don't really notice accents beyond distinguishing between pleasant and unpleasant. This is likely a good thing since I have enough things on my list to be sensitive about.
I found her accent to be quite consistent. In fact, I've found her other accents to be kind of weak.
Shir, that's hysterical.
