I thought Eliza was good in screaming-mother mode, but her regular-mother mode was too reminiscent of all her other roles. I was kind of meh on the episode and that storyline, although I'm intrigued by the fact that the wipe didn't work.
And Madeline is interesting.
I was miffed by the lack of Boyd and Victor. I miss Boyd as Echo's handler (I think I'm repeating myself from last week). I don't think the character's promotion was a good deal for the actor, and I didn't see anything in his work that deserved it.
Hey, Mike Massa! Nice he gets a little face time now and again.
(just in case you missed it, he tackled, then carried Echo to the chair) ((please forgive if I'm repeated something someone else noticed...I skimmed))

ITA, ita.
(I couldn't resist. And it's true.)
As ita goes, so goes my nation.
And not just because I don't want to get beaten up.
While I'm being all delurky, let me admit that last night's Dollhouse bored the hell out of me.
That kid was ADORABLE.
I couldn't help wondering if it was the same kid who played baby Conner.
What?
Eliza is good with big emotions, not such much with the small quiet moments.
I suspect they are saving Boyd for...something? I just hope (given the ratings drop) he will get to do it.
They better be. Boyd is made of win, and I am disappointed that he was not in the show this week.

Really? In Lifetime-movie-of-the-week-"I-want-my-BABY-BACK!!!" mode? That drove me batshit. Screaming is not acting.
However, I thought she was REALLY good at the end, talking to Ballard.
And wow is Adele's haircut BAD.
