Also, you can tell it's not gonna have a happy ending when the main guy's all bumpy.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

Tim's done episode 3 (not 2 as previously reported). So mark that one on your calendar.

The show aired with next to no publicity, hence why people didn't know it was on. Ratings will be appalling as a result.

I really, really liked this episode. The fact Topher's bedroom is directly next to his lab cracked me up. Amy Acker is freakin' amazing - the scene between Saunders and Topher in his bedroom totally made me cry.

Also loved the new shooting style. It looks and feels so much better.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I totally called Whiskey's storyline six months ago! This is exactly what I wanted to see: an imprinted personality who wanted to keep her body.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

AA did entirely rock. She sold every wave of her exploration of what it means of an Active to have self. Never thought Mellie would be the first to leave the compound, never thought Saunders would be the first to gain self-awareness. Even Topher's edging towards human.

I hope they don't waste Langston. I thought he was a great handler for Echo, and worry they've promoted him out of the interesting zone. But maybe with AD having shown up it'll give him something to do. The actor deserves it.

Echo's still the least interesting character for me, but I like the phases she went through in this episode, and the phases it made Ballard go through.

Helo/Apollo fight FTW!

More Enver! Girls just can't keep their hands off that pretty face...

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

She was making pretty bold choices in this episode. She doesn't seem to have the patience for baby steps at this point.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I dunno - everytime I've watched Fox in the last month I've seen a promo or a teaser, and I don't watch a whole lot on Fox

Ratings will be appalling as a result.

OTOH, I remember experiencing the same semi-saturation back with Firefly (and The Inside and rinse, lather, repeat), so who knows.

I have a hard time reconciling this with what we saw in Epitaph One. But, then, I never would have seen her and Langston together either, so who knows.

Frankenbuddha, you've seen promos on FOX for a month? They've only been running for, like, a week.

I certainly saw more of Eliza's naked ass/projection screen over the summer than I really needed to.

ETA: To clarify, I am referring to the Dollhouse promo.
