Buffista Movies 7: Brides for 7 Samurai
A place to talk about movies--old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.
You are right! I guess I was too distracted by my team losing it.
yeah, they were kinda drifting too.
I just finished Let The Right One In. I really like it, but I was not expecting such a seemingly sympathetic vampire to be so... Vampiric. I've been spoiled by the vegetarian vampire woobies, perhaps.
I just hate when any game is decided by bad calls.
I just thought this was movie commentary disguised as a reference to sports. We're buffistas, would anyone be surprised?
Ten minutes later, I'm finding myself seriously haunted by the last two scenes, and not in a way I think I like. That was not a happy movie, no matter how much it is described as a love story.
Corwood, dude, that's hilarious. Also, kind of fucked up. I like it.
I really like it, but I was not expecting such a seemingly sympathetic vampire to be so... Vampiric.
That was one of the things I liked best about it, but that should surprise no one.
I've been mainlining Avatar: The Last Airbender. (aifg!) I took a break to watch the movie trailer. Dev Patel and Noah Ringer look awesome but I'm worried. Does M Night Shyamalan have a sense of humor?
that's funny. mac just had me add season 3 to our Netflix watch instantly and started watching it immediately.
I hope the movie has light moments like the show, otherwise mac will be very disappointed.
