Jeez, don't get all Movie of the Week. I was just too cheap to buy you a real present.

It was pretty terrible. It had the strong stench of studio meddling, because you could sort of see places where it might have been interesting once upon a time.

And there's not even much blowing up. I remember there being one fun action scene. And it was fun, but not worth the movie.

Not recommended.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Yeah, I didn't hear very good things, but I still hoped for the best. Thanks.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

So, apparently a Flash movie has been greenlit.

Who should play him?

I like the Michael Rosenbaum suggestion, but I understand it's imaginatively bankrupt in more than one way, and I just miss Lex.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

As it's Barry, it should be Ryan McPartlin.

WHO WOULD BE AWESOME. And basically PERFECT as Barry.

I mean, COMPLETELY PERFECT.

(Who'd make a good Wally?)

McPartlin's just a great superhero. I saw a Jensen Ackles suggestion, and I gotta lend him my support too.

But I realise now that I was thinking of Barry as older, and I've kinda been casting a post-Titans Wally this whole time. Hmm.

Huh. Rosenbaum is older than NPH. I totally wouldn't have guessed that.

Ackles was my first thought, but I think McPartlin's better for Barry. Ackles would make a good Hal, though.

move out and draw fire

Wow. Guess I really need to step up work on that Wonder Woman treatment.

"already on the kiss-cam with Karl Marx"-

ita, you're the only person I know whom I would not be hating on after she got some Idris. But would you fight crime or commit some? And you have to tell me which aftershave he uses, because I've been wondering for years. There's this citrus one that makes me think it would be the one, but independent confirmation would be nice.(is it weird to think a well-dressed stranger on your TV machine probably smells nice?)

Our wings are not tired.

I LOVE Idris but you know, I didn't love his guest stint on The Office. It never really clicked when he was on.
