I just think it's rather odd that a nation that prides itself on its virility should feel compelled to strap on forty pounds of protective gear just in order to play rugby.

Compassionately intolerant

It's his dog's name. His eldest, I should say. He's adopted a Puerto Rican street dog named Bandit.

I'm wishing him luck. I know two families who adopted PR pooches and both have ended up being hands full...of trouble!

Now tagless for your comfort.

Anyone seen How to Train Your Dragon yet? I think Owen and I are going to see it tomorrow.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Angela Bassett to play Amanda Waller in Green Lantern. Totally wrong physically, but I think she can do the attitude in her sleep.

At least they didn't cast Zoe Saldana.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I still think that there has been one perfect casting for Amanda Waller in Pam Grier, and I wish the movie peeps had gone there first.
