Loved S1 but kind of skeered of plunging forward and getting all emotionally invested, since my LJ flist has been rampant with sore feelings and disappointment and ire at the most recent season.
The last few episodes of the season have been emotionally taxing the good-pain way.

I Netflixed "High and Low"...and found myself falling asleep during it. Guess it wasn't for me.
(I seem to be an outlier here, as I also saw "The Lady Eve", which lots of people here love, and found it kind of watch-from-the-hall. Oh,well.)

Eh, I think they're being Wrong On the Internet, but that's me. (I think 5 has been their best season since 2.)
(Not that the show doesn't still have Issues, but I think S5 has on the whole been better WRT to them than S3 or S4, and has been narratively stronger. Take this as you will, for I loved AtS S4 the best.)
I hope this Captain America rumour is wrong.
