"already on the kiss-cam with Karl Marx"-

I will never quite fully forgive the Onion commenter who referred to Adrian Grenier as "the world's oldest Jonas brother" because there is a resemblance, damn it, and I'd rather not think about it.I don't find it overwhelming or anything, but I can't un-see it either.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Am bored and trying to avoid work. Back when I first got online, I think about 15 years ago (which might or might not have been pre-IMDb), I wasted a lot of time playing "guess the common character different actors/actresses have played" game. They could be from multiple literary adaptations, from a remake, famous historical characters, or someone iconic/abstract. Movies, TV series, animation -- anything goes. For example:

Jean Simmons and Gwyneth Paltrow = Estella from Great Expectations
Helen Mirren and Glenda Jackson = Elizabeth I
George Burns and Morgan Freeman = God.

The fun would be trying to guess the answer without going to IMDb or wikipedia, although nobody would know if we cheated.

Anyone game?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Joker.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

I didn't know Hamill played Joker! Batman: The Animated Series, I presume. Let me see:

1) Jack Lemmon and Rosalind Russell
2) Anthony Stewart Head and Gabriel Byrne

Hildy Johnson, right?

Right! I get a particular kick when people genderflip an established character.

Viggo Mortensen and Ray Wise

Err. I want to say The Devil, even though I cannot remember which movie Mortensen might have played one in.

Viggo played Lucifer in The Prophecy, which I was just talking about with a coworker three hours ago!
