The weight problem was due to the shape of my face, and the thickness of goggles over glasses sticking out so far. Clip-ons would fix that. Each studio could do clip-ons for their own brand of 3D--but then you'd have to standardize size and shape, somehow.
I must be the only glasses wearer who didn't have a problem with the 3D glasses. (And after reading Bev's post, I really want 3D *goggles.* That would be super cool.)

Oh! Was anyone else taken aback by
the mice on umbilical cords or whatever pinwheeling out of the doorway, and again at the end of the movie? Those were the only Dr. Tongue's 3-D House of Horrors moments that took me out of the movie with the blatantness of the effects
