Depraved, but excellent
IMO, half of that is right. I tried to watch it, but I think I ended up rooting for the wrong people.
'Objects In Space'
A place to talk about movies--old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.

Well, if you can't think depraved is excellent, it's definitely not the series for you. But I liked it when Angel locked the lawyers in the wine cellar.
Angel/Darla maps surprisingly well to Profit/Bobbie, doesn't it?

Obviously I need to see this. Because Angel locking the lawyers in the wine cellar is one of my favorite scenes in the series.
Mine too.

After I screamed "no, he didn't!" I sure was appreciative.
I have a different expectation for depravity levels in shows with vampires in them than I do for shows that don't have vampires. I see all the merely human depravity I need to in real life.

Don't you watch House? That crosses the real people==asshole line for me in a way Profit never did. Profit is high theatre for me. Melodrama. I could suddenly tell what Greenwalt smelt like, and why he worked with Angel.
Is this a good place to mention that Kristin Chenoweth will be in a Lifetime movie this Saturday. it looks silly but... Kristin Chenoweth!
Don't you watch House?
Not much anymore.
