Tivo set!
I'm surprised that no one's posted about Fantastic Mr. Fox. I saw it Thanksgiving day and loved it! The detail was remarkable, the voice performances excellent, and the story was strong with a satisfying but not-too-cloyingly-sweet ending.
A quick alert to those of you with ABC Family on cable. They'll be showing all twenty Pixar shorts tonight in a 2 hour special.
According to their web site schedule, they are having two airings tonight. One 7-9 and one 9-11 (EST).

I haven't seen it yet, but I really want to. However, I need to see Where the Wild Things Are first, since it will be gone from theaters shortly.
You mean Hec - I was the first responder, but not the OP.

Oops, sorry Hec! Time for more tea...
Chiming in way late on worst moviegoing experience...
Congo. Tod's sitting on the left, Dave's in the middle, I'm on the right. It is awful. I turn to Dave and whisper, "this is terrible, let's go." Dave turns to Tod & then back to me, "Tod likes it, he wants to stay." In pain I sit through the whole thing and then, walking out, I turn on Tod, "I can't believe you liked it!" "Like it? I told Dave I wanted to walk out!"
Thanks, Hec! I would have been sad to miss that.
Profit minus American Psycho equals Batman!
Hee! Of course, I've never seen Profit, but I still like this equasion. But then, I believe in my heart that Bruce Wayne is Patrick Bateman. They sound the same! They have the same surface charm!
I've never seen Profit
Dude, it's excellent. Depraved, and excellent.
See Profit before you get spoiled!
