Marco: Do we look reasonable to you? Mal: Well. Looks can be deceiving. Jayne: Not as deceiving as a low down dirty... deceiver.

Ah, my favourite, A Clockwork Orange. Shown regularly by the McGill Film Society. Of the rest I've only been tempted by American Psycho and probably won't. I've been warned way off Irreversible for that one scene, and by implication right here recently Last Tango In Paris.

You shouldn't be put off. It's really non-explicit, and hilarious.

Cocksucker Blues is a weird entry for this, apart from being banned by the Stones. And I think I remember reading here that Deb. G. was on the other end of a phone call that happens in the movie.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

American Psycho is pretty good. I liked 9 Songs but I'm sure the graphic sex wouldn't sit well with a lot of people.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

And I think I remember reading here that Deb. G. was on the other end of a phone call that happens in the movie.

That is correct.

aka "The artist formerly known as Corwood Industries."

That's an astoundingly boneheaded write-up of Straw Dogs.

American Psycho is the reason I will never be able to hear "Hip to be Square" without cackling loudly for the rest of my life.

Yeah, I saw American Psycho during my Christian Bale mini-film festival at some point last year. It's not a great movie but it has a good number of fantastic moments. ita, it's more akin to Profit than the other movies on that list. Y'know, if Profit didn't always have a plan.

Oooh, I've just realized that Profit minus American Psycho equals Batman!

Profit is the plan. It's Phase 3.

I think Patrick Bateman just wanted the underpants.

Ha!

I'll put it back on my list. Did you also see The Machinist? I hear he's doing another weight loss gig.
