She didn't even touch her pumpkin. It's a freak with no face.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Belinda has a new friend in horrifying toydom.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Cameron has Avatar stars get in touch with the jungle.

I'm sure three days of movie-star hike really tuned them in to what it's like being indigenous people of the tropics. After reading that New Yorker Cameron article I'm not in the least surprised.

Thrive to spite them

That is one scary doll.

The only thing that would be scarier is if there was a strange crossbreeding of Belinda and Edward.

SLNRLBF and I saw Zombieland on Saturday and laughed our asses off. I had to cover my eyes at the gore at the beginning but then I settled down and enjoyed it.

I've realized I like my zombie movies as long as they were funny and not REAL zombie movies.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

The only thing that would be scarier is if there was a strange crossbreeding of Belinda and Edward.

We shall call it "Belindward".

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

KILL IT. KILL IT WITH FIRE.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

So far, the book version of Let the Right One In is pretty fucked up. But I like it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The movie irritated me. I couldn't imagine how the vampire had lasted that long with apparently zero self-preservation skills. That rankled.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

It bored me too much to finish.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Yeah, I thought it was really boring.

What wasn't boring even though it really should have been was 4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days, which I just finished.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I LOVE the idea of the Barbie Twilight Movie. LOVE. So funny. Although it's a bit tragic that the Edward doll is so ugly. I mean the character is attractive, the actor is attractive, what the hell happened?
