I'd be shocked at this point if Disney did anything that the prequels were required viewing for.
I'm a couple episodes behind on Rebels, but as of part way through season 2 having knowledge of The Clone Wars TV series has been far more relevant than anything that happened in the prequels.

I wish I had time to keep up with Tabletop, as it's fun watching Wil and a bunch of geek icons playing games together. (Wil and Jeri Ryan doing the "bridge shaking routine" while playing Star Trek Catan was fantastic.)
