We killed a homeless man on this bench. Me and Dru. Those were good times. You know, he begged for mercy, and you know, that only made her bite harder.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

the Internet available "despecialized" hd versions of the original trilogy

I misread this as "despicableized" and had images of minions swarming around Darth Vader.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I've discovered Revenge of the Sith is fun if you root for evil.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I will admit that the opening fight with Christopher Lee was fun in the third movie.

when i die, please bake my ashes into a brick and use me to hit fascists.

What with Padme spending most of the movie sitting in her apartment wringing her hands, RotS was when I discovered George Lucas' kids must have come from the stork, because clearly he has never met a pregnant woman.

Despite Phantom Menace's badness, the Duel of the Fates still blows my mind. That is some amazing-looking swordplay.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I know almost nothing about the last three Star Wars movies. M. and I went to see one of them, and I was so bored all I can remember is teenagers whining (Phantom Menace?), and then M. fell asleep and started snoring, and we decided to leave. That's the only movie I've ever walked out of the theater on. It was so bad.

brillig

I thought little Anakin was cute. He was no more whiny than Luke. I don't remember much about Clones, and there were touches in the third one I liked.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I misread this as "despicableized" and had images of minions swarming around Darth Vader.

I would pay big money to see this version.

Hey. New board.

I do not like little anakin. To be fair I don't like a new hope Luke much either but a least he has slightly better dialog to work with and a much more relatable story.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

It's easy, watching Phantom Menace, to think "Yep, could lose this without any problem, cut all of the Jar-Jar stuff, this doesn't really matter..."

The only thing the movie really does is introduce Anakin and Padme and set up Palpatine's power grab.
