D'oh!
I've seen the whole thing before somewhere, and this time I just watched the first few minutes of it.
'Serenity'
A place to talk about movies--old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.

My daughter and I saw it at LACMA too. We watched it at least 3 times, it was just fascinating. The whole Dali exhibit was very interesting (she was there for a Spanish project, but I was glad I tagged along!) Very glad to hear it will be out on DVD next year.
Okay, I just saw the trailer for District 9, and I really want to see it. Wow.
I haven't watched this trailer yet because I'm at work.
If you liked "RoboGeisha," you'll love "Hausu"! I don't know anything about this movie, except that it was made in 1977, it involves a murderous lampshade, and you should probably not watch it if you don't like blood fountains, disembodied body parts, light fixtures, screaming cats, screaming cat paintings, or screaming cat paintings spewing blood. Maybe in the comments somebody would like to tell us what they're hollering about? Probably NSFW due to some disembodied boobs.
I'm in love with Bonnie Wright's dress:
I know! Her whole look from tip to top is smashing. I couldn't wear that dress at all but I NEED those shoes.
I'm in love with Bonnie Wright's dress:
It's nice that the FUG people agree with me that "dresses over pants" = "bad."
Wow! Bonnie Wright is gorgeous!
Can't movies just call a rat a rat? I know mice are nearly impossible to train so they use rats instead but it is so freaking obvious that's not a mouse (for instance in Because of Winn Dixie.) Why don't they just change the script?
