A place to talk about movies--old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.

I've never seen Frantic, I just know it from BNL.
Frantic was one of the very first VHS tapes I ever owned. Good thriller, great music, HF doing his befuddled Everyman best.

Cumberbatching it,
Excellent verb-ing!
I'd say Raiders, but I'd still have done him up through Six Days, Seven Nights.

Alfonso Cuaron does not come out of this looking good.
No, more like Alfonso Ladron.(thief)
I think I heard something about that on NPR, or a similar story. I am not very impressed with Hollywood in general, and reports like this don't give me warm fuzzies, much less lukewarm berber carpet.
