Reviews seem to agree in a way. It is a film full of gorgeous images, evokes a mood, without much in the way or story, or even idea. Whether you find it empty or marvelous depends on how much style and mood and impression can carry a film for you. Makes me curious.

I'm not sure if you mentioned your actual opinion of the movie. How did you feel about Jarmusch's Only Lovers Left Alive? I FUCKING loved it. From the Hammer fonts to the argument at the end that they would turn the couple and who would turn who and just oh my such a good movie.
ETA And the great freeze frame at the end!!!
