"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

good for you man, I have been watching movies on Netflix (streaming only) that are squarely in the "C" category. They are entertaining, a diversion, but not really good. I have been looking for better quality entertainment.

(sorry for any typos. I'm on my ipad and the print is a bit smaller than I'm used to so I can't see all the boo-boos)

I can't judge, my current Netflix DVD is a 1990s Danielle Steele TV movie. (Hey, it has Ben Browder shirtless! Not to mention Christopher Plummer and Stephanie Beacham acting up a storm.)

Because books.

Oh my god, I wonder if you can get Lace. I would pay big money to see that again.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Saw The Bourne Legacy: Jeremy Renner's Arms. Good movie, enjoyed it. Also, the way to make it look like a staggering work of freaking genius? See it after The Expendables 2.

The most disturbing thing about The Expendables was probably the amount of plastic surgery on that screen. Chuck Norris literally looks like rubber now.

What, he doesn't just drop-kick the wrinkles away?

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

It was bad enough with Stallone and Lundgren and Schwarzenegger on the screen.

Jason Statham and Jet Li have about fifty times more charisma than the rest of them.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

The Bourne Legacy: Jeremy Renner's Arms.

I was disturbed at the close up shots of his arms during the blood draw scenes, not because of the arms (because helloooo) but they were doing it wrong. I mean, all those lovely veins, and they just stuck the needle in at the wrong angle to the crook of the elbow. Bah.

I did think Renner and Weisz had nice chemistry together. My favourite part of the movie was the Flowers for Algernon plot. A nice unexpected characterization point, and Renner acted that flashback scene beautifully. I hope there is fic.
