Claflin was the other "love interest" in Snow White & Thor, and he was the missionary/lover-of-mermaid in the most recent Pirates of the Caribbean movie. He has very pretty eyes. (That's all I've got, not being a Hunger Games aficionado).

I don't know anything about the Captain America comics or Falcon, but Mackie was fantastic in The Hurt Locker, so I'd be happy if the rumour turned out to be true.
