And also, when naked!Bruce landed in Harry Dean Stanton's warehouse of rubble and asked, "Was anyone hurt?" and HDS told him no, that he must have aimed right (or whatever), I wondered if that was extreme shorthand for the viewers to see Bruce willing to trust the Other Guy.
I was hoping the gaps you mentioned would generate some fanfic but I don't think it has. Also just ssome cool stuff with Banner processig the changes post Avengers events. but so far I'll I've found is some hot Tony/Bruce stories
And I believe I read elseweb that there will be a Black Widow movie, which makes me incredibly happy if it's true.

I saw it was supposed to be extreme short hand for trust. Either the trust started right there or maybe started earlier but it's a change in how Bruce thinks of the Hulk.

Ruffalo signed for 6 Marvel movies, which makes me very happy (not necessarily all Hulk or Avengers; some might be small appearances like Nick Fury in Iron Man 2, but even so, I'm guessing there will be at least one Ruffalo Hulk movie, based on how much viewers have just loved him in Avengers).
