Joyce: And what did you do tonight? Dawn: Irritated Giles. I'm beginning to get why Buffy likes it so much.

Buffista Movies 7: Brides for 7 Samurai

A place to talk about movies--old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Shaky-cam doesn't bother me except in an aesthetic sense, but then again I can normally handle being slung about like a sack of potatoes on a roller coaster without discomfort (the exception being when I combined being barely recovered from food poisoning with a big lunch and riding the Mission to Mars flight simulator at Epcot shortly after eating - not a wisely chosen pairing of activities).

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

IO9 has a piece at the [link] that discusses the muttation design, including some discarded concept art that's supposed to look like the fallen tributes (although I totally fail to see how--and maybe that's part of the reason for the omission). Apparently not everyone knew they were going to take the tack they did.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Here's the thing about calling shaky-cam "documentary style" filmmaking - documentarians have Steadicam too!!! Shaky-cam isn't documentary style, it's just lazy.

WHY NOT IN WOMEN'S CUT??? WHY????

Have it tailored. Shouldn't be too much.

WHY NOT IN WOMEN'S CUT??? WHY????

Three guesses and the first two don't count.

Tailor? A t-shirt? You severely overestimate my investment.

Three guesses and the first two don't count.

I have at least ten nerd-dom shirts in women's cut. It now strikes me as a mistake when an entire graphical option isn't available anywhere easily findable on the web in a woman's cut. I search once every couple weeks, and still no core shirts in woman's cut. I've got my Cap's shield just fine in woman's cut, but no Iron Man. Frustrating.

Get it in the size that will fit your bust, them mail it to me with your waist measurement. I can tailor it for you. You would want a scooped neckline, I assume?
