Buffista Movies 7: Brides for 7 Samurai
A place to talk about movies--old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.
Mostly though I want him to create an HBO series starring Amy Acker and Alexis Denisof with Alan Tudyk and Christina Hendricks.
Would crime be fought?
Seriously, LeN. I was watching on my phone at my desk, and I gasped out loud at that mid-air grab. Way cool.
I didn't really catch it the first time because the video wasn't smooth, but I watched it again full-screen with smooth video, and that part gave me chills. Why isn't it May 4 yet?
I know absolutely nothing about the Avengers or any of these characters in comic books-- I thought it was weird how much The Hulk looked like Lou Ferrigno-- is it that he looks like that in the actual comics?
Also, one long haired guy in armor looks like Brad Pitt in Troy.

Not so much--this version of the Hulk looks a fair amount like the actor playing him (Mark Ruffalo), for which I give them credit. The past two didn't seem to have any relationship to their human.

You mean my boyfriend, Thor.
Oh, you guys are having an INTELLIGENT discussion about the trailer.
I am pretty much still at OMFG YES FOREVER WTFBBQ HELL YEAH!
That...was so fucking made of awesome. I am so geeked out right now.
THAT'S the trailer I wanted. Oooh, baby, you sexy, sexy trailer, you...
I am just giddy at the fact that despite how many awesome things have been shown in the trailers...there are gobs more they're keeping from us. As much as I look forward to watching a bunch of superheroes beat the shit out of each other, I also look forward to seeing them work together to kick ass.
Lou Ferrigno did the voice of the Hulk in the last movie. (He had, like, one line in the film, though).
