Lorne: Snakes? Uh-huh. And they came out of your what? Okay. Okay, well, did they get up there themselves or is this part of a, you know, a thing? No, I'm not judging...Do we fight snakes? Angel: Only if they're giant. Or demons. Or giant demons. Are they giant demon snakes? Lorne: Well, unless this guy's 30 feet tall, I'm thinking they're of the garden variety.

Oh, but you do. It's eating you up inside. You want to Google it, you want to go on YouTube and experience it in all its glory. Because, seriously, how bad could it be? HOW BAD COULD IT BE?

I think that list is vaguely trollish given that they haven't seen several of the movies and also don't seem to know what utopian means. But I also think you want to see The Terror of Tiny Town, or at least see enough to know what it is. It is an important piece of cinema history! And also a great* thing to give people when playing charades**.

** ...Do people play charades any more?

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Do people play charades any more?

Does "Baba O'Reily" answer your question?

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

playing devil's advocate, aren't most lists of this type trollish?

To some extent. But when there are thoughtful reasons it can still be interesting to read or discuss. When the explanation for several items is "I haven't seen it but it sounds dumb," I guess I feel like I've already spent more time on that list than the author did..

...Hey, you're just trying to evade Googling the movie!

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I loved Once Upon A Time In Mexico.

Indeed. And the guy said he never saw it.

Not enough Selma, but I was psyched they let Mickey Rourke bring one of his dogs on the movie. And let Johnny Depp do pretty much what he wanted on a few days of shooting.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Okay, a while ago I posted to badmouth Idiocracy, and I stand by a lot of it, but I have to say, Tim and I cannot stop quoting the whole scene about whatever the Gatorade equivalent was: "It's what plants crave!" "Plants need it!" Especially since it's a billion degrees right now and he works in a warehouse. He's been drinking tons of Gatorade and will periodically text me to tell me, "Plants are chasing me because I have what they crave!"

Parts of it *are* funnier at a distance.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

President Camacho is looking sidelong at you.
